Justin Neway is Vice President and Managing Director, Process Production Operations, and Senior Fellow, BIOVIA Science Council, at Dassault Systèmes. He has over 30 years of experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical process development and manufacturing, and in the application of software solutions to operational issues and quality compliance. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois (USA) in 1982 and afterwards held various Process Development and Manufacturing leadership positions at Wyeth BioSciences, Novartis Vaccines and Baxter BioSciences. Dr. Neway founded Aegis Analytical Corporation, the creator of the Discoverant software system, in 1997. Aegis subsequently became part of the BIOVIA Life Science division of Dassault Systèmes in 2014.

Mary has worked for Bristol Myers Squibb Biopharma Company for the past 20 years. In her current role as Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology for the API Centre of Excellence in Dublin, Ireland, Mary and her team of engineers and chemists provide new product introduction and commercial product manufacture technical expertise across the network. 

She has a wide breadth of experience within BMS including Manufacturing, Technical Transfer, Operational Excellence and External Manufacturing. 

Mary has also led teams in the maintenance and engineering areas and has a special interest in leadership development.
